Hi, I have very flat fine hair and im trien to give it a firm flick out hold, the same as Dean Geyers. This is very hard to achieve if I have just washed it, and nearly impossible if iv used conidtioner aswell. If I try to flick it out the day after I shampood it, it works well, but my hair has already become a little greasey. Is there a shampoo that dosent make your hair even more flat and makes it easier to style with a straightener? I use a GHD and dove shampoo for normal hair.

Do you spray your hair with a straightening spray/heat protectant serum? It seems to help my hair stay when I use a flat iron.
