Best hair styles for a girl a little on the heavy side?

I'm around 230lbs and losing, but thats not the issue. I'm a real tomboy, and I'm a lesbian. I really don't like dealing with my long curly hair.

Is there any above the shoulder hair style that would be good for me? It would be nice if it were pretty low maintenance as well.

Well from a guy's point of view, I personally in general find girls with long straight hair appealing - if you're on the heavier side, then that also helps?

Being fit is also important to me for the opposite sex, but it sounds like you're on your way, so that's fine.

Something simple, straight, and [decently] long works for me - shoulder length straight hair sounds appealing enough :)
